Dear Reader
Designing a website and publishing a blog on ones birthday may not be the “normal” thing to do; but then who says I’m in the “normal” category. I haven’t thoroughly researched it but I’d probably be correct saying that’s not the typical task a 75-year-old undertakes and considers fun. Three quarters of a century. WOW! How can that be!?! That IS OLD! But, I’m still breathing and as it looks this moment, Lord willing, I may have a few years of clarity left. So, while I do, I’d like to spend them, as much as possible, making a difference.
Making A Difference
Making a positive difference really isn’t all that difficult – anyone can do it. Everyone should try! It can be as simple as a genuine smile and a spoken “Good morning! How are you doing today?” Then stopping to listen. Listen like you really do care about them and what they have to say.
In this blog, my goal is to offer HOPE and ENCOURAGEMENT, while CHALLENGING you (and myself) to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others – just one person at a time. It doesn’t matter if you are a 75-year-old senior or a young child. You are important. You are valuable. YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. (Psalm 146:2)
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord! (Psalm 150:6)
